Frustrated Customer
I purchased this shed for a company because of lack of storage in the building. I Set about erecting this shed...what a nightmare!! Firstly, the nightmare started when I phoned the company to get some advice. There was a so-called technician on the other end of the phone - and thats when you do get through to someone. He instructed me to build the roof first - which made no sense at all in building instructions, but I did as he instructed. Erecting this was a complete nightmare. there were parts missing, and when they did send the part it was the wrong one as stated in the instruction booklet; where you screwed in the sides or the shed to the base this did not fit. The instructions were also unclear and written in a confusng manner.There was a lack of encouragement or help from the person on the phone. I would therefore recommend that no-one buys this shed without better instructions because the holes and panels do not fit properly and the base could have been made of better quality material.The numbering of the parts on the instructions could be done in a clearer way.I cant event give it a rating!!I would appreciate this feedback being forwarded to the company in questionfrom Mike a very very frustrated customer.
