It is packaged in a convenient re-sealable zip-lock bag for use in making magnesium oil or in bath and footbath. Himalayas magnesium granule is extracted from a pristine Cha’erhan salt lake at over 8000 feet of elevation in the remote Qinghai-Tibet highlands. The dry salt lake was formed when Himalayas rose from the ocean hundreds of millions years ago. Thus they are the most pure magnesium natural salt in the world. Unlike typical magnesium flakes, the Himalayas magnesium granule is 100% naturally extracted without any chemical processing. It is higher in purity and can more quickly dissolves into water. Therefore it is perfect for making magnesium oil. To make magnesium oil, simply mix 1 cup of the granule to 1 to 2 cups of boiling water in a non-aluminum container, cool down and pour into a spray bottle for use. For therapeutic use in bath or footbath, dissolve 1 to 3 cups of magnesium granule (or more) in full tub bath or footbath and soak for 30 minutes or more. Temperature of the water should be 101F to 103F (not hot). Hot bath water causes the skin to eliminate rather than absorb. Following the bath, rinse skin with warm water, then pat skin dry with a towel and apply a natural moisturizer.

Use this to make tofu
I wanted to try making my own tofu. This stuff, mixed with water, will coagulate the soy milk into curds, which are then pressed into a tofu brick. It worked great, although I found it easier and not much more expensive to just buy tofu at the grocery store. It was a fun experiment though. :-)

Great product! Arrived promptly and as described. Great that its in a resealable bag. I use this as a magnesium supplement which is very easy to take as magnesium chloride. This magnesium is very pure and good quality and great value for money. ...its such a big bag that it will last me for a long time and I've also been giving some to friends to try out. Thanks for a great product!

I have a soymilk maker and use this to make mostly silken tofu. The taste is great, and this was the best buy locally or online.
