This is the most thorough work on herbal medicine I have seen. After looking at it, two other people are ordering it.

This book is a MUST HAVE for your herbal medicine library. Incredibly complete, well written and researched. Plenty of source references for you to do your own research and very very detailed. One of the best books on this subject with over 700 packed pages with usable fact based information. Don't be caught short when things turn south.

Reference book for future use..well written and depicted.

It is much larger and more in depth than I expected.It is fascinating reading. I wondered if there would be a lot of plants listed that don't grow in the mid-west, since the author lives in the western US, but 99% are common plants here. Plus there are many non-plant healing substances covered as well.Definitely worth the price.

This is a fantastic reference book that very much lives up to its description. Clearly the author has done her research. I was also delighted to see extensive footnotes and a thorough index that lend confidence to information provided. I’ve never seen this much herbal medicine info collected in one book anywhere. I highly recommend this one, it’s worth the money and I paid full price.

The only reason I gave it 5 stars is because I couldn't give it 6 or 10 stars. This book is outstanding. It gives an in-depth description of many herbs and their uses. It has a full background into why to use herbs and how to use them. I highly recommend this book.

This is a absolute must have addition to any preparedness library and/or for everyday use even. Just look around you at the current times.It gives you the knowledge to use what you have a available should we one day find ourselves in a situation that I think we all know is inevitable.
