Usually, these things taste awful, but this is good! Works well mixed with diet coke or something similar. Takes a few minutes to kick in, but it's an immediate relaxing effect. Might make you a little sleepy, hence the caffeine from the diet coke (I take this during the day, if you want to take it before bed, that won't be necessary).

I came across this products after searching for something I could take that could help my anxiety. I take it every other day and before social events and let me tell you this stuff works! I’ve been calm don’t get hot flashes anymore and I’m sleeping good. The taste is good to it tastes like strawberry. Good value for the money

The dropper had a blob of mold. I tried to sanitize it and get a new dropper. Then the bottle became cloudy over time. I stopped using it and I only got like 10 doses out of it. I figured the mold wouldn't bother me but once it became cloudy i got too nervous to keep ingesting.

I have suffered for many months with sleeplessness even though my body craved sleep. I have been exhausted. Even though I have only used it for about a week, it worked the very first night and I am able to get to sleep when I want to and stay asleep. What a wonderful thing. It tastes delicious.

Pros: nice light pleasant taste, easy to take, no strong aftertasteCons: only that I have a sensitivity to L-Theanine that if I take it too late in the day it effects my dreams/sleep. To be fair that is no fault of the drops.This is an easy, effective way to supplement if you don't like or have problems swallowing pills. I appreciate that this is sublingual so the benefits get to you more efficiently.

These drops are amazing. They do exactly what they say. After taking these I feel so calm and relaxed. I take them before bed and sleep through the night without waking up sluggish and tired. So glad I found these.

I had this open for 5 days, I made sure to store it properly and seal it every time I used it. I went to use it on the 5th night and found mold in my jar. For the price I paid, I’m upset to say the least. Otherwise it tasted good and I was excited to keep using it. User error possibly, but try at your own risk.
