This is a perfect fit for my petite feet. I typically wear a youth 5.5 to women's 7. This is the first ankle wrap I've purchased that actually fits like a true small. The correct size matters significantly for stabilizing my ankles during soccer matches.

I sprained my ankle years ago and easily re-injure it unless I wrap it when doing anything active. These are ok, but aren't as good as a normal wrap. There's just not enough friction to restrict ankle movement. Tried on skin and over socks and over socks seemed to work best but would sometimes slip off my heel. I like that they're thin and comfortable but I'm going back to the standard wraps and/or athletic tape depending on how much support I need.

I believe these ankle supports will be just enough to help me and with my shoe inserts perfect. The ankle supports feel good and are thin enough to fit under my socks and shoes, unlike that big heavy boot. They are soft across my feet and feel good. I tried the lace up supports and they hurt the top of my feet, probably because my whole ankle and foot are still tender. I am walking without pain (after 4 weeks with boot) and not twisting ankle, so there may be hope for me yet. Very happy, thanks!

The ankle braces are a matched pair of left and right, NOT a two pack of of braces that can fit either ankle. Provide a little lateral ankle support but value is probably from knowing your ankle is wrapped to remind you to take it easy versus lots of support from this wrap.

It was a bit complicated to put on the first time but, once I got it its fine.

I will give it 5 stars for the first 5 days of wearing this and then drop it down to 3 and 2 stars. He's why, after wearing the brace (with a compression sleeve) it stretched out after week 1 after week 2 more stretching and more it's pointless for he to wear it. The picture I included in my review is as if today April 4th.

I purchased these because my feet become twisted and numb at night. Since wearing these I have had no issues. Very nice ankle support as well. Very easy to put on. Cannot beat the price for two!
