They provide support but they take too much space in my sports shoes.
I got these because of the price and according to the description is for flat feet and plantar fasciitis. When I got them I wore them outside for a 2 mile walk to test them out and I can say for the price they are quite supportive more than the SuperFeet brand. I could tell right away that they are rigid and of good quality. They are made of one piece which makes them durable as oppose to the SuperFeet which have two pieces glue together making it easier for them to fall apart. The only reason I returned them is because they are too bulky and did not fit inside my sport shoes. I tried them in side my Asics Keyano, Asics Gel Cumulus and and Brooks Glycerin. All of my shoes are 1 size bigger than my my size and still didn't have enough space to fit these insoles. The problem is that the arch is very up making them taller if I am explanaining myself well.I have a bunion on my right foot that flares up, especially, when my shoes are tight. Since these insoles leave no space for my toes to move and makes my shoes tight I developed pain on the bunion and had to returned them back. I guess these would be good with wider shoes but for narrow regular shoes for women; these are going to take too much space inside your shoes. If you have a bunion like me and need space in the front of foot these insoles may not be for you unless your shoes are wide.

A great addition to keep plantar fasciitis away and available in large sizes
I used to be restricted to insoles that were custom made due to my shoe size, which are expensive ($200+). After digging through countless reviews for a couple months, I purchased a pair of these in size 16-16.5 with hope that they would fit my 16E Steel Toe Boots. They fit PERFECTLY, as if they were made specifically for this pair of boots. So snug it was almost like they "snapped" into place, without causing curling or rolling on the edges of the insole. Some people in the comments state they're too* firm, which they are firm, but very comfortable if you're taking care of your feet when you're also not wearing any shoes. If you're ordering something for support and it squishes because it's filled with gel or made of light foam, that would mean they feel* comfortable but are not actually very supportive and would cause shifting, which makes for poor ankle stability and plantar fascia stretch in the wrong way. If you're ordering because you have issues with plantar fasciitis, there are NO insoles that will fix* the issue just by wearing something, that's not how repetitive stress injuries work. If you're rolling your feet consistently in the evenings to stretch them and then wearing these insoles throughout the day, the stretching will cause relief and break up repetitive stress scar tissue over time, while the insoles will help keep those issues from returning when you're moving on your feet during the day. I am genuinely surprised at both the quality and the cost. I will never need to buy $200 insoles again and I will be adding a set of these to my running shoes and my powerlifting shoes, as well as recommending them to all my clients/athletes who struggle with plantar fascia issues.

Pain is almost all gone
I never write reviews but I had to write one on these. My left heel has been in extreme pain to where I was about to go to the doctor. Every time I stepped down and walked it hurt. Some days it hurt so bad I could not put any weight on it. I know I have plantar faucitis and I iced, rested it, stretched it, and even tried other shoe supports. I bought this on a whelm hoping to get better results than the others, including dr. scholl's. I was not expecting great results but was at least hoping for some relief. To my surprise after a day or two my pain was almost gone. I can still feel it when I wear my shoes without the inserts a little but it is not unbearable. As long as I have the inserts in I feel no pain about 95% of the time and what pain I do feel is not so bad I have to stop what I'm doing. It is more a an uncomfortable feeling than pain anymore. I am going to buy me a few more pair as back ups or to put in my other shoes.

maybe one of the best inserts for my feet
The first pair came in an open box, dusty clearly indicating someone had used it before returning. Amazon immediately sent me a clean, packed pair as an exchange. The inserts have significantly decreased my left heel pain. I had injured my ankle many years ago and did not take care of it. On top of it, I a year ago I injured my knee on the same leg. Recently the ankle and heel began acting up to a point when I had trouble walking. I use a pair of carbon fiber custom arch supports for my flat feet and they were not providing me with any relief. I thought of giving this pair a shot before consulting a physician and it has been fruitful.Sorry if there is too much information, but I thought someone in a similar situation might benefit from my experience. Please consider giving it a chance if you have chronic feet pain.

Good BUT...
After wearing these for about 7 months I started to have a problem with my foot going numb. For the first day or two I thought I might be developing even worse foot issues than the issues that originally drove me to try these insoles. On the suggestion of my wife I took these out and the numb issue resolved immediately. I inserted a new pair and the numbness did not return.Long story short: If your feet start hurting and get numb after a few months, it's time to replace these.

Thick insoles, Run a bit wide
These insoles seem very thick and wide. The material is very hard and doesn't flex much. I had to trim down the width to fit in my shoe. The thickness may bring your heal up a bit which could cause your heal to come out of your shoe. There may be some thinner more flexible options available. I just tightened my laces more to prevent the heal from coming out of the shoe. Overall, they are comfortable and high quality. You just need to know what to expect.

Good fit and they work well.
I probably need medical Orthodics for full relief, but these work very well and have taken away much of the discomfort in my feet. If I use the compression socks with these that helps as well when I am on my feet all day. A really good pair of shoes also helps. But these are still very good, they just didn't help 100% for me.

Good Quality and Works!
This is the first time I heard of this brand and bought 2 pairs of these insoles. They arrived on time and looked well built with ample support to the arch, which is great for those with flat feet or near flat feet. I worn it for 2 days to work and can feel the support to the arches and heels is there. My job requires me to walk a lot and it provided sufficient support such that my feet do not feel tired and heels painful at the end of the day. Durability wise remains a question as this is my first time using it. Hope they will last.
