Best battery knives in have used. I have tried other brands and have been disappointed, this was by far the best.

I've cleaned about 100 fish with this knife. It's a game changer it speeds the process up. So far it's held up great and has only used half the battery capacity.

Nice fillet knife with 2 different sized blades. As others have said, the battery fits extra tight! Knowing this when I got it, I put high temp grease around the sliding contact points (not the battery connection). Still a tight fit, but able to pull the battery off without much effort. Knife works good and blades are sharp.

I am very, very pleased with this electric knife. I was looking for something that could help ease the workload after a successful fishing trip -- and this is perfect! No more even bringing fish home -- I can filet and process them waterside! I had a very successful trip where I caught 100+ sunfish and multiple catfish (between 2 and 10 pounds) and used this knife. It chewed through the sunfish like it was nothing (having never filleted sunfish before, this knife made it incredibly easy) in just under an hour. It worked well for the catfish, but sometimes has a hard time getting through the thick rib bones.The batteries provided last a long time (perfect for multi-day trips), but do get hot after extensive use. Also, be aware, the batteries are rather difficult to remove. Either that, or I'm doing something wrong.Blades are supremely sharp and stay sharp even after multiple beatings.Comfort grip is spot on and the size makes it easy to handle. I didn't feel it was exceptionally heavy by any means. It also looks very professional to the untrained eye.100% recommend for beginner fish filleters! Happy fishing!
