Ok. I had serious doubts, but it proved me wrong. Guys, this thing is a collapsible 5 gallon bucket with stronger plastic. I weigh 200 lb and I could guarantee you I could stand on this thing and jump without it breaking. If you're wondering how it will sit on uneven drain then flip a 5 gallon bucket over and sit on it. Same thing. This thing is going to be really useful. I bought it for one simple purpose but now I'm thinking I'm going to start carrying this thing around with me or get another one for my truck. Sometimes my back muscles lock up and heat is good. Most of the time I'm at a hotel or somewhere else when my back muscles hurt. I noticed that most of the hotels I'm going to have showers instead of bathtubs so I thought that if I got the stool I could sit it in the shower and turn my back to the shower head and allow the hot water to hit my back. I just tested it in my own bathtub and the footprint of the stool work fine. This is a really good option for somebody elderly who needs a portable shower chair. Although I really like this product I think it should be stated that when you use the product you need to inspect it a little bit. I'm not sure how this thing is going to hold up after a few years. I'm pretty sure that the natural wear and tear on the plastic will become noticeable in the future if used consistently. But I could be wrong and it survives longer than me. I got the cheap one and the others were twice the price and it came with a cushion and something else, I'm glad I got the cheap one because this thing is probably the same stool as the expensive one without the cushion. I do not need the cushion. It's extremely portable comes with a strap and it collapses down to about the size of a wide thick book. Into collapse it into extended or extremely simple and easy.

Wow exactly what I needed! I’m using these when playing Mah Jong remotely! Always need a small stand/table for drinks, my purse, to place my Mahj bag off the floor! This design with the square provides just the right amount of space with some extra room! Foldability, height adjustment, ease of opening & closing & weight is perfect! So glad I ordered these! Probably will be back for more & share definitely share with other Mahjong players!

All good. This is great for people with RVs or people camping in the back of an SUV or pick up truck so they can have a nice stool that is lightweight and doesn't take up much space when they're not using it. I use it for playing guitar outside but I do put down a small piece of plywood I cut to give it a firm base but that is not a reflection of any problem with the product I just don't want to put it in the dirt or if it's rocky the plywood is needed to make it nice and stable.

Update to my initial review (11/20/2024) the still i originally purchased broke but I'm reality it may have been my fault for the most part. I did end up purchasing from a different co. on Amazon. THAT stool broke even quicker and it definitely wasn't my fault that time. I was upset because I love the ease of carrying the stool, it's super light, and all of my patients comment favorably on it! The seller messaged me a year after I purchased and left my poor review. They offered to send me a replacement A YEAR AFTER, free of charge! I received the new stool within a week and I'm so happy again I really admire a company that accepts responsibility for fault products and is also willing to send replacements even if it's the customers fault. *Initial review* I bought this stool to use when I do my home health visits. I do alot of wound care and want to save my back. The stool is great and I love it but unfortunately it has broken too soon. I was sitting on it and it randomly started collapsing one or two notches. This caused several of the plastic pegs to break off and now it only goes up one level from the floor which is useless for me. I am hoping the seller will do the right thing and preferably send me a replacement.

This is so great for people that need to take breaks due to health issues! I have chronic pain & fatigue and this has been great to take with me. It opens and closes with ease. It is compact. It has 2 straps one to carry by hand and one you can throw over your shoulder like a bag. Lightweight. Sturdy. I also use this to teach as I travel to different locations. I recommend!

Cute color and sturdy. This one was the only one (out of three types) that the strap didn't fall off of during a three day music festival. The square seat was nice because my kids were able to stand on it to see as well, and they had better balance on the square seat then the circle seats. I had originally given this 5 stars, but as it broke within a month, I have downgraded to 4 stars. I bought this to use on my worksites, which are often in remote areas with uneven and often muddy terrain. I needed something lightweight and durable. It is lightweight, easy to use and adjust the height, and the seat was just fine to sit on. If this is for light and occasional use, it is a perfectly fine option and I would recommend it. However, if you are looking for something more durable for consistent use that will hold up in all weather conditions, I go with a different option.
