Great TV!Box came mostly unmolested and TV looks new no problems with any damage or scratchesWonderful picture especially with 4K Blu ray discsSound is OK but I use an amp, decent speakers and a sub so it is excellent as wellI like the way the LG remotes functions they are mostly intuitiveSet up is not overly difficult I used some help from the web for some settings the rest on my ownBought the re-manufactured unit as it was quite a bit less expensive than newThat is until the next week when they went on sale and nearly matched the price I paid for the reman unitAll and all still a good purchase
