I received this Saturday, it worked the first time and then never worked again. It came with two batteries so I switched out the battery still didn't work. It comes with two sizes of contact points so I switched those out still didn't work. I bought additional batteries so I thought I'd try one of those well when I went to put the battery cover back on it and it won't stay on just falls off. I then went to check it with the test light to see if worked and the dial fell off when I went to turn it on.

Mine did not work at all. I like how it came with the batteries and everything else you need to use it but it just didn’t work. It did nothing at all maybe mine was defective or something 🤷🏻‍♀️I regret not returning it and getting my money back or a new one.It didn’t even work when I changed out the batteries too.

Got for a friend. They said it works great and apparently tried it on themselves on a medium setting and said it wasn't too strong.

Good collar, like that it has vibration only function as well.
