This company was absolutely great to work with!!! They sent me a video of the product I ordered, made changes for me with no problems and the finished product is amazing!! I ordered a 115 inch wide remote control shade and it took only 30 minutes for two people to install! I highly recommend ordering from them! I will be again in the future near future!!

Ok, I ordered the shade Aug 31, 2021, received shade Sep 15, 2021 at 3:20 pm. Installed by 4:15 pm. It worked out perfect! Amazon estimated delivery Sep 23 - Oct 5th, I got it today! The shade is light weight, well built, and easy to charge. The size was perfect! Looks very nice and does block out the sun light. Installed it in the bathroom so it also provides extra privacy. The remote was already set, I only had to remove the tab for the battery and done! I'm very happy with this purchase. I did not rate sheerness because the shade is not sheer. I do recommend VIDEMA Motorized Roller Shade, 100% Blackout Remote Control, Wireless, Rechargeable Auto Blinds with Valance Cover. The size is customized. I have not connected to Alexa yet. I needed a large blackout shade to darken my bedroom that had an opening toward my downstairs living room ; I wanted something to use as needed ( working nights, sleeping during the day) and I was so glad to find this company to make the shade exactly the way I wanted; it was very easy to install ( not by me😊), it works very well, and completely (I was circumspect) block the light; it came very carefully packed, all pieces inside, no complaints at all with the product, just excellent ! Delivery tough …very disappointing ! Despite my written instructions ( to DHL) and requests made by phone to how and where to be delivered , the product was left outside the condominium building with any kind of notification; luckily, due to large size of the package, nobody took it; I am very pleased with my purchase, and the company even emailed me and asked me if everything it was okay, it was indeed, thanks!

I had great experience ordering Videma Smart Roller Shades. I ordered a customized shade to fit large window in my home office which doubles as a guest room. The room darkening shade fabric was just what was needed. The online form was easy to follow to specify requirements including inside vs outside mount, plug in power vs battery and fabric choices. Shipping was very quick turnaround and install instructions were easy to follow. I did reach out to customer support to set up the smart life app for bluetooth control from my phone. We connected on facetime for quick instuctions. Very positive all around. I will be buying for other rooms in my home.
