Q: how many carbs? I'm on ketosis...shook???

Hey, Green Detox is Keto friendly! Since each servings has 3g carbs (2g of which are fiber), there is only 1g NET carb per serving therefore YES, you may use this supplement on a keto diet plan.

Q: Could you use this without working out

Hey, You can absolutely use the Green Detox for it's benefits without working out. As with anything it's not a magic mix, and will be enhanced by a clean diet and working out.

Q: Why not use stevia instead of sucralose (splenda) in the detox drink? what's the benefit of using an artificial sweetener as opposed to a natural one?

We chose to go with Sucralose instead of Stevia due to sourcing. We went through a few versions of Green Detox which were sweetened with Stevia however working with manufacturers to keep it on the shelves was a nightmare, they were almost always out of Stevia, or having problems sourcing it. Since there have been no adverse side effects attached to Sucralose and it's more readily available we chosen to go with it moving forward. Just keep in mind with any artificial sweetener including stevia moderation is key, as long as you're not having it in large quantities it's completely fine.

Q: Will green detox break my fasting window

Since it's about 20 calories p/serving, it WILL break your fast (*as demo'd by description above, however, this tidbit is a well-guarded secret - DON'T TELL ANYBODY!).
