Wonderful honey! Creamy, rich and full of flavor. Stays creamy. No crystals. Not 5 stars because the container doesn't reseal well once opened. But worth it.

This is so amazingly delicious! My daughter and I were shocked when we first tasted it. I’ve been having a spoonful every morning while I’m getting my coffee prepared.It has the consistency of a soft caramel and marshmallow fluff. The flavor is really mild. So happy with this purchase. I will be buying regularly!!!

So disappointed. I read the reviews and couldn’t wait to get this honey. I had a difficult time opening it. Seriously, it was a battle. Once opened, I was sad to find that it is hard and not at all creamy.UPDATE: I left this outside in the sun for about half an hour and wow! It softened up beautifully. Now among my favorites!!!
