Brilliant product. Recent problems.
Brilliant when it stays in one piece. One of the best ones in my opinion. I have bought many. The handle snapped First time on my latest purchase so have been struggling to use. On the purchase before that, the spring came out on first use breaking the plastic keeping it in place so had to bin. There must be a recent problem with strength of plastic - it can be brittle. It’s a shame. If this improves I will buy again. Otherwise will look for another.

It's good but is too big to take out on a walk. There used to be a black plastic hand grip that a poo bag was placed over to do the job, ideal for taking in a pocket- where has that gone?
