This is a lovely stylish winter hat. The hat is a 1930's style cloche in a black wool felt. The hat has a brim which curls up on one side and slopes down on other side. The band around the hat is made from a soft velvet fabric similar to the colour of the hat. The hat is finished off with a beautiful polka dot lining inside with a the same material made for the sweatband. The hat has an adjustable sweatband to fit sizes up to and including 58.5cm
