desertcart.com: [Upgrade Version]3 in 1 Diamond Microdermabrasion Machine Big Suction, MYSWEETY Facial Care Salon Equipment for Personal Home Use (Suction Power: 65-68cmhg) : Beauty & Personal Care Review: Motor has same suction power as more expensive machines & customer service is GREAT - I ordered this just before Christmas and the first model wouldn't even power on. I chose exchange instead of refund and had a new one within days. I was very surprised as I live in a rural area and we normally don't even get regular mail delivery quickly. So 10 for great customer service. This model is a great buy. I did a lot of research before purchasing and the motor in this one provides the same suction power as some of the $400+ models. After using it for appx 6 weeks I'm very glad I made this purchase. It does a great job for a very reasonable price. I've also been using the larger heads on some sun damage on my forearms and shoulders I have from working in the garden. I'm sure that will take a long time, but it does seem to be gradually improving. As many have said, there are no instructions, but it is VERY easy. Any youtube videos for similar machines will be applicable. You just hook up a hose, put a filter in the long silver wand and screw it on to the other end of the hose, screw on a head and that's it. Start with the vacuum dial on the lowest setting and work up with experience. Pull your skin a little taunt if needed with two fingers and with the other hand press the diamond head firmly (but not hard) against your skin and move in small strokes over entire face keeping the suction on the skin. The basic point is just that the head removes a very thin layer of skin and the suction removes it. It sounds painful, but it's really not. In fact, be careful to start out slow and see how your skin feels several hours later as it may be more sensitive than you judge while doing the treatment. Afterwards I do a charcoal & clay mask then follow up with a stem cell serum, collagen serum, aloe vera and finally a moisturizer applied one at a time and massage each in with a sonic facial cleanser and massager. I do that routine once a week and my skin feels amazing. I'm 49 yrs old. I've measured the filters on two different rulers, and they definitely seem 12mm to me, so rather than the recommended "bought together" suggestion of 15mm filters, I'm ordering the 12mm 250 piece replacement filters from New Spa for $13.75. Review: This has far too much suction power and bruises the face. - I have purchased other home microdermabrasion machine in the past, a Kendal brand that you can find here on desertcart. That one was pretty good and I only got rid of it after a couple of years, and I wasn't using it much anymore. I decided to buy a new one and after researching, I bought this one. I don't like it. The suction power is so high that even on a low setting, it's leaving "hickey" marks on my face. Talk about a disappointment! Your skin is supposed to look better after a treatment, not worse. I'd return it if I could but I already threw the box away. It's just not a nice machine imo. The Kendal one is around $200 and easy to set up and use. This one is confusing. I was guessing as to where to put the tubes and how to connect.

Quality High Powered Microdermabrasion Machine- Highly Recommend
I have had Microdermabrasions done at my local spa and have loved them so i decided to buy a unit for home. I initially had ordered one of the portable hand held microdermabrasion machines and was extremely disappointed with it, the quality of the tips were so bad that i immediately returned it and decided to do some further research and order a quality unit that was within my budget. Before ordering this machine i checked different reviews and learned about the different speeds functions that are available with the different units. I knew i wanted something high powered but i really liked the vacuum and spray options that were available on the some of the machines. The reason i chose this one was because it offered all the attachments i wanted, had a higher suction level and included an oil filter. The regular 3 in 1 microdermabrasion machines were 0-55cm hg which converts to 0-21.6in hg. And while the suction on that model wasn't bad, it wasn't what i was looking for. I wanted a machine that would give me a treatment that came close to the one i would receive at the spa. So when i saw that MySweety had an upgraded version of the 3 in 1 microdermabrasion machine with more power, i decided to give it a try and am so glad that i did. This upgraded version goes up to 68cm hg / 26.7in hg which is a lot more power. I am very happy with this purshase. I used the machine for the first time last night and i was able to do a quality microdermabrasion using only half of the suction power. The Upgraded MySweety 3 in 1 Diamond Microdermabrasion machine comes with 9 diamond tips, 2 wands, 3 glass vacuum attachments, a spray bottle that includes a black and red hose, a tray to hold the wands and tips, a small bag of 10mm replacement filters, 2 extra fuses, and the basic hose with an oil filter attached. There were "instructions" included but they were worthless, all it explained was how to do a microdermabrasion on a client. Thankfully i was able to find youtube videos on how to set up the machine and i looked on other microdermabrasion machines product pages on Amazon and was able to figure it out on my own. Because of the oil filter, you only put 1 filter in the machine and that is where the diamond tip screws onto the wand. When you have the machine turned around and are looking at the back, the hose port on the left hand side is where you attach the wand, the hose port to the right is where you attach the spray bottle. The only thing i could not determine was how to properly use the vacuum function, my concern is that since you cant attach a filter to the glass tips how do you prevent the debris that you suck out from clogging the machine? So until i figure that part out i won't be using the vacuum function. Overall i found this to be very easy to set up and use and am very happy with the end result. I did also want to give one warning, be careful when you are pulling the clear hose off the wand, the first time i did i ended up tearing it. Luckily it was just a very small section and didn't cause me any issues. I did notice some gunk in the oil filter after the first use, so i did end up ordering a replacement oil filter and an extra hose just so i have it. I am very happy with machine and i highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality microdermabrasion with higher suction without the extra price associated to it. I will provide an update in a month or so once i have used the machine more to let you know how it holds up after additional usage.

Suction great for great price
Used once so far. Suction is powerful enough. Needs better instructions.

Poor suction.
I just assembled my microdermabrasion machine. Overall assembly was fairly simple to figure out. The suction meter reads all the way from 0 to -30 kpa. After turning on my machine, and having the control dial turned all the way to full strength, it would only reach -5 kpa. Very poor suction.

. Troubleshoot issues section in the absent manual
I didn’t like this product at all. Number one zero product support and not a MANUAL? you can’t hardly figure out this setup w/o a manual. I managed to get actual once and nothing after that. Poorly marketed and zero product support will kill the sales of the system unfortunately.

OMG...LOVE IT!!!
This machine is AWESOME!!! Just a quick heads up, there is a manual w/ the machine but you can also email the seller for an additional manual to be sent to you. The clear hose is the one to use w/ the wand/diamond tips. Black is for the glass tubes (put cotton in glass to catch debris), and the red is for the toner atomizer. To connect the hoses put a little lotion on the wand/etc so the tube will come off w/o tearing. It actually states that in the manual that comes w/ it. I really put this machine to the test. I used it for several hours nonstop and didnt have any issues ~ except for being grossed out with all the crud that was removed from my skin when I changed the cotton filters. lol I did my face at a lower suction rating than suggested - I wanted to feel comfortable w/ the whole process prior to turning it up. I also did my knees and realized I didnt do as through of a job because I could see and feel the difference where I missed some spots. My face turned out perfectly! Im 48 and could see a very noticeable difference when I was done. I sent before and after pics to my sister and was informed I am bringing the machine with me next time I go home for a visit! LOL I opted for this model because I didnt feel that a handheld rechargeable system would provide the same amount of suction and tip options. Everything cleaned up nicely with rubbing alcohol - the heads still look great even after my extensive use. Overall I am MORE THAN ECSTATIC with this purchase!

Good but was used
It’s good but two heads were apparently used. It seems that my one was a retuned and the company didn’t check if was dirty or used. I only got 1 fuses, and thinking that I might also have less filters... But despite all these, the product is good and I’m really happy with it.

Do plenty of research on how to use this safely and without damaging your skin.
Great once you’ve worked out how to put it together. Doesn’t come with any instructions.
