I first bought these about a year after my full hysterectomy at 32, just to see if it would help my hot flashes. I have been using for over 6 months, no hot flashes since. It’s also helped so much with my mood. I am not so quick to get irritated. I can’t go without them!!!!!!Side note: I am also on an estrogen patch with this vitamin. But using only the patch the flashes were like I was burning from the inside out

Love it and use everytime I need to fall asleep/sleep better. I dont wake up drowsy with it.

I use another product with ashwaganda and it does help me. This is fine, does help, but pretty pricy. I like tea and the other supplement I use better. Will probably not purchase this again honestly. I would say this is a good product to try if you are new to this type of supplement so I would recommend it, just not going to repurchase for myself at this point.

Only take it if you have menopause do not take it if your pre-menopause

I got this for my mother based upon the reviews, ingredient list and being made in a certified good manufacturing facility. After taking them for a couple of weeks she stopped as there was simply no noticeable benefit in taking them. There were also no side effects or anything detrimental either. This may help others with their menopause symptoms but it wasn't a good fit for her. For these reasons, I can only rate it at 3/5 stars.

I found it! I have tried ALL kinds of products for menopause hot flashes and mood swings and had just about given up. (I can't take HRT) I think my husband was on the brink of moving into our RV. I couldn't stand myself so I can imagine how he felt.I ordered this and after about 2 weeks I really started to notice a difference! I don't want to hurt anybody anymore and the side trips to hell have gone down as well. Hallelujah! I do still run a little hotter than before this curse finally got me but it's bearable now.Ladies, if you buy this product just give it a couple weeks to see how it works.For me it was life changing. That hellfire that started in my core and spewed out of my mouth onto everyone around me is gone. My entire household (including the dogs) is taking a sigh of relief.
