Block Paving Sealer is an easy to use water based product which will seal the surface of your block paving against staining. Block paving Sealer will leave your paving with an attractive low sheen satin finish which also deepens and enhances colour. Block Paving Sealer can be applied to other porous surfaces such as natural stone or brickwork. Block Paving Sealer can easily be applied by using a low pressure sprayer or fluffy/emulsion roller as this product is water based there is minimal drying time required!Directions for Use:Make sure the surface is clear of all loose material, weeds, algae etc. You may wish to pressure wash the block paving prior to use.Allow the surface to dry.Apply with a low-pressure sprayer, roller, brush or microfibre cloth.Do not allow the product to puddle. Building the product in 2 or 3 thin coats creates the best finish.Leave the product to dry for around one hour depending on air & surface temperature.Apply a second coat and allow to dry.Apply a further coat to increase sheen if required.The product will reach full strength within around 24 hours.Maintain with neutral cleaners, avoid harsh chemicals.Please NoteNever apply in wet or damp conditions or if it is likely to rain. Always try product in an inconspicuous area to check suitability.
