Glad I finally found it
Worked as advertised. I had a hard time tracking down this part. Glad I finally found it. Using it to mount a 2nd clothing rod to an existing one. Holding about 100 lbs load currently.

Should be a 5 b3cause it was a part for a dog kennel. Gave a 4 because I couldn't use it. It was way too big. Due to not reading the description or lack of a description idk.
