The wheat bag and hand warmers are filled with wheat from England. The slippers have flaxseeds and lavender fragrance. They can be gently heated in the microwave or left cold, and has is shaped to mould itself to any part of the body but particularly around the neck and the hand warmers are for hands or face making it easier to target the pain or therapy. Essential oils can be added if required.

A great price for the three items but... Advertised as blue "for men" - the wheat bag and hand warmers are purple and the slippers black, not really a problem. The slippers were not as pictured either, instead of the shoe-style fairly unisex slippers, I received quite feminine black fluffy boots - not ideal.
