DO NOT BUY THIS DEVICE OR ANYTHING FROM AERMOO
The technical performance of the phone I'll admit is brilliant, however the only reason any of would consider buying this device is because we're specifically looking for something hard wearing and unfortunately this is exactly where the phone lets itself down. I've been using the phone 2 months now and already having issues with it.The casing and screen are indeed very tough however it seems that this does little to protect the internals. I've never dropped the phone to ground but I'm finding that even something as simple as putting it down on a hard surface, such as a table, can often give it enough of a shock to reboot or just go off altogether. When it does go off by itself it is never able to switch back on immediately and sometimes have to leave it for hours until it decides it's ready to switch back on again - this can sometimes take several hours or even have to wait overnight.(Edit: It doesn't seem that the crashes are anything to do with being "dropped" as most of the time it just crashes of it's own accord while in my pocket, in my hand, or sat on the table - crashing after being put down is probably unfortunate coincidence).I've just thrown away an old Sony Xperia M1 but to be honest I'm wondering why - apart from the battery there was nothing wrong with it, it had lasted over 4 years and survived being dropped more times than I can count. That is more than I can say for this new so-called tough phone.Edit: Down-rated from 2 to 1 star, I'd give it zero if I could due to continuous problems with phone spontaneously crashing, rebooting and crashing again. THIS PHONE IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE.Edit: After a week or so of the phone behaving itself I thought that the issue had gone away and was considering re-rating the review, but it's started again so absolutely not. Don't even consider risking to waste your money on this phone. If it were £100 or so I'd say maybe take a chance, but at £200+ it's not worth the hassle. Seller / manufacturer has offered to look at the phone but only on the condition that I send the device - AT MY OWN RISK - to their centre in Poland. Not a chance. No support available from Amazon either which is very disappointing.Further edit: This is still the single most unreliable phone that money can buy. Seriously, it's terrible. The phone is functional for perhaps 20% of the time at best, the rest of the time it is busy crashing and blocking me from accessing important things such as my home security / cctv system while away from the house, unable to use the Authenticator to log in to my work emails, unable to use it to receive secure codes to access my online banking and personal email accounts. Just don't even consider buying it, the after-sales service is almost as good as the phone itself (ie: it is also terrible).AMAZON - pull your finger out and start supporting customers on issues like this.Final Update - I had the pleasure of destroying this phone today. Bitterly disappointed with the response from Aermoo (if I am even to believe that the person emailing me even works for Aermoo and is not an opportunistic scam artist) and to cut a long story short I have absolutely zero faith in their willingness or their ability to resolve the issue. The phone has given nothing but problems and today I finally put myself and the phone out of our misery.I sincerely hope that nobody else buys into this. This purchase has been an absolute waste of my money, not to mention the time and energy wasted on the frustration that it has caused. Also very disappointed in Amazon for failing to offer any assistance with this.

screen issues
No problem with seller, phone arrived quickly and looks great, handles well and does everything asked of it, however screen with protector fragile, an 18 inch accidental drop onto a gravel path and the whole screen shattered, I wouldn't recommend for serious outdoor use

JUNK!
Hard to setup.Google pay will not work. I've wasted hours on the internet trying to sort it out only to find it's a hardware issue!Wireless charging will not work. I've bought two different chargers and neither will charge it.Battery life was good for a couple of weeks and now just lasts a day.** Charging port has now disappeared inside the phone rendering the whole thing useless! **

Return address inadequate. Package refused by Post Office
Address supplied on return label dubious. In spite of several requests, firm has still not provided a suitable address for returning the phone. Am totally unsatisfied.
