Ill be the first to admit I know nothing about jewelry. I do not buy my wife much because she has a certain style she likes and does not like spend too much money on what she does have. She does not like crazy Gody jewelry. likes things more simple and modern fashionable. All i know is she fell in love with this, the design and the rose gold was a perfect match for her personality. It is small, but classy and elegant. The picture of our daughter i choose was perfect and was a perfect fit. Only reason i gave a 4 was because there was some excess glue that dried up on the picture and the locket. I was able to gently scrape it off, just took time and gentle effort so i didnt damage it. Other then that, She loves it and thinks i spent more then i actually did. So recommended.

I bought this for my grandmother after we lost my grandfather to glioblastoma last year. She has worn it every day since last Christmas. The locket has held up well. The chain is a bit thin and was replaced after being broken when a child pulled on it. Good Product and I love the story of how this company was founded.

The locket is nice however the packaging needs some attention. For the money you are paying the locket should not come on a cardboard piece. It cheapens the look of the locket. I purchased for a gift but will be using a nicer box.

The necklace was beautiful, but the necklace hasp was junk. It didn’t stay closed, and I continued to wear it. Consequently I lost it, but going to buy another and a different necklace.

This product is beautiful, the picture turned out great and I wear it everyday. However after having it for a couple of days one stone fell out. All the rest are still there, I love the rose gold, just a bit disappointed about the stone.

This is my first review after many years of prime membership. I was very skeptical about customizable jewelry on Amazon but With You did it right. My mom's older sister passed away earlier this year and I wanted my mom to keep her close to her heart so I got my aunt's picture inside this locket. My mom gave me the longest hug and told me she may never take it off. Great product and a great memory for her. Thank you
