Jawbone UP3 Bluetooth Wireless Heart Rate Monitor, Sleep and Fitness Tracker

I was able to get the lights to come on and was even able to connect with my phone and run a device update while it was on the charger. Unfortunately the battery is completely shot. No matter how long I leave it plugged in, it shuts off the moment it is taken off the charger. I tried to contact Jawbone to see if there was a fix available but their customer support appears to have shut down. The “contact us” and “support” links just go to error pages that say “Oops, this help center no longer exists”.

I would have loved this to work. I've used jawbone products in the past and they where great. This is my second one of these and neither charge. I am very disappointed. I wish someone out there had a way to fix them. They where such excellent products in the past before they closed. Now I have to run out and return 2. Good luck if you order one.

Waste of money. Does not work.
