Do not leave your pet in this if you live in a hot area . Absolutely does not block the sun or heat. I thought it did and my pet had a heat stroke under it. It’s relatively easy to build. But don’t be fooled it doesn’t ward off the heat.

I wanted a dog run for night time potty training my puppy (for ease and protection from night critters in the yard). The box arrived with several holes and FedEx driver was picking up loose hardware in the back of his van upon arrival (185 lb box), so I imagine improper lifting was involved along the journey. Thankfully, I had all parts needed for assembly, which was super easy. When I put the cover on, I noticed there were no holes to tie it down (a warehouse error, which happens). When I contacted the manufacturer, they took immediate action and couriered a replacement cover within 2-3 days. I am giving them a 5 star rating because things happen, but great communication and service pushes companies to the top of my list these days.The “kennel” itself is perfect for my needs. I’m able to open my house door and channel him directly into it, and eventually I will remove the doggy door panel in kennel to give him access to the entire yard.

The kennel arrived promptly and was just what we wanted. We assembled it in about 10 minutes and our dogs love it. Great customer service.
