True Choice Stores Heavy Duty Steel Hook On Bed Rails (83" XL Length) for Twin XL. Full XL and Cal King

I purchased replacement rails for sleigh bed boards that cracked. I was looking for a cheaper quick fix! I wanted to keep my existing headboard and foot board because the pieces were still in excellent condition after so many years. Plus they matched my bedroom furniture so I was not looking to purchase a new bed set at this moment. I was skeptical but the True Choice metal rails worked! They are a little higher set than I thought they would be. I had to be creative and recalculate the height of the support stands underneath the mattress and box spring but the "easy fix" worked! No complaints! I was saved!

The rails are fine and of good quality. The only thing that would make the perfect is if they came with a center support leg on the twin XL. I am using these on antique twin beds for adults and they need the extra support and the headboard and foot board are solid wood and heavy. I know I can buy legs but they are very expensive and I would have to buy four. I am still trying to find a solution to brace the center of hook on rails.

It was pretty bent when it came in. I'm sure it happen during delivery but still annoying. Had to use a wrench and a hammer to straighten out and now it works great. The bed feels very sturdy and I'm sure it will do it's job just fine.

I used these rails on an antique four poster full size bed. I had slats from another bed that had broken, and they fit perfectly. There are three holes that you can screw the slats into on each side for more stability. I did not notice anything bad last night other than the usual creaking and groaning one might expect to hear on an antique bed.

Purchased these on behalf of my friend and we installed them in like 10 minutes. So far they seem super sturdy and bed skirts hide them so you don’t even notice the difference on a wood bed frame. They fit perfect on the King wooden framed bed! Great product price!

Received the product in pretty rough shape. Can’t blame the quality of the product. It worked just fine once I fixed all four damaged hooks. I really don’t think this sort of handling is necessary between the vendor and consumer. I think i’d Be looking for some other carrier to ship product.

Our rails were damaged during shipment. We were able to hammer them straight enough to attach to our bed. The installation would have been easy if there had been no damage!

Tried to use with headboard and foot board with queen size mattress, and it did not hold well. My son slept on it and said it did not seem stable at all, felt like it was going to cave in. Had to buy a different product with center supports. I do not recommend this product, unless using on lightweight bedding and maybe a child size bed and sleeper? Did not work for us! Sorry to have wasted my money!
