Soft and holds up well.
This bag is a soft thick fabric type material It is nice and easy to carry. I love It i use this for my music sheets and binders if you have loose paper it will wrinkle it but if you have a binder or something that is harder cover like a note book it willBe totally fine. There is no inside pockets just one big pocket and a medium one on the side. It is quite a decent size too fits multiple 1inch binders and even room for snacks wallet and a sweater.

This is a great laptop bag. It fit my 17” hp perfectly. It’s not a good bag if you’re looking for protection if you drop it or something but for an everyday bag to carry it gets the job done.

Holds my laptop just fine. It is slightly padded so protects to some extent. Front pocket holds my charger and mouse just fine. There is a slight chemical smell to the bag but I suspect it will fade over time.
