This lamp was well worth the money. It was a great replacement for my old Victorian lamp. Very easy to assemble and wire up. I’m glad I bought it.

Love how the light points downward so it's not in people's eyes. And the outlet at the base is wonderful! Have this on my backyard deck and it's a wonderful compliment to my living area back there.

The Outdoor Post Light by VIANIS, is such a cool 7ft. post light that work and look amazing, but requires a less than simple installation. Here are some of the things I’ve learned while owning it and things to consider before buying.I. Quality – I found this light to have impressive quality materials put together well, that exceeded my expectations. I’d put it in the lower side of the upper tier for this type of light that should survive the elements well with its anti-rust coating, assuming the electronics survive.II. Installation – This is by no means a simple installation that’ll requires you to run power to it and put it in a cement type base, if it’s on softer ground. There’s nothing particularly hard outside of that and its super solid if installed properly.III. Functionality – The dusk to dawn sensor has worked great and always goes on and off when it should. It provides a wonderful look to the yard that’s even more attractive in person. It looks like it should be on a cobblestone road or something. The lights can be pretty bright, but that’s determined by the bulb you pick, because it doesn’t come with any. It required E26 bulbs with a max of 100W each. I used LED smart bulbs to add more abilities.Overall, this has provided a wonderful addition to my yard in both appearance and looks. I put it right outside the entry gate and it never fail to go on at night, while providing a great amount of light for added security. I’ll be sure to update this review, if I ever start to have problems with it.You can trust that this review is simply my honest opinion that is attempting to provide you with helpful insight that I wish I had before I picked this product. This is a great outdoor light. It is tall and made solid. It is a dark bronze color and it looks very nice.It was easy to install and it is bright. This does need to have power ran to it, but they made it simple enough. It is solid and stands well but does need to be screwed into the ground.It looks great and is great to have in the front of the house.

This light is no joke. It's super heavy and really is made to last. It's a bit overkill for my smallish in town back yard but I could see this being a great choice for someone out in the country. It does need power ran to it but it will be way brighter then any solar light could dream of. It comes with everything you need to attach to a solid surface. If you want to install in soft ground you probably need to do some sort of concrete base before you can put it up.

I'm using this modern outdoor post light for my personal use in my backyard to keep a light on a certain area around the basketball court. I would say that the assembly process was simple. It is made fro.a durable and high-quality material. The post light adds a nice farmhouse look to my backyard. I feel that the price is reasonable for the product I received. All parts and materials fit as instructed. I would highly recommend for its durable build material and unique design.
