5lb GAF Whey - Chocolate Peanut Butter

Not gonna lie, definitely a fan of Chris Jones and his work on YouTube so I figured since I'm on deployment I should give his protein a chance. I've had peanut butter chocolate protein before and have regretted it but not this time. Which is great considering it's a 5 lb tub! I went out on a leap of faith to support one of my favorite Youtubers and was not disappointed. This is one of the best protein powders I can remember tasting and the peanut butter and chocolate chips are a great touch! It's gonna help me get all these gains while I'm out on this water!

I mix it with 6OZ of unweetened Almond milk and drink it that way or pour it into my oatmeal. It mixes great and seriously tastes great, it has little choclate chunks in it and doesn't affect your gut. It's not the typical whey protein that sponsored athletes say "taste great" but actually tastes like trash, seriously worth money. I'm going to see if I can make brownies out of it.

I have been consuming protein in powder form for the last 13 years and most just seem to miss the mark with great taste. Sure you can stack a bunch of other ingredients in your shake to mask the flavor of the protein powder, but finding a good product that you look forward to drinking has been hard IMO. GAF breaks the mold when it comes to taste. I now truly look forward to my 11:00AM shake everyday!

This is definitely one of the better chocolate peanut butter flavors I've had. And it has miniature chocolate & peanut butter chips in it. Price per serving isn't bad in my opinion, if you're looking for a new protein to try give this one a shot.

Chris Jones and Deneese are the reason I got into getting in shape. I received a random video suggestion on youtube and watched it.... so glad I did!! Everything from his straightforward training, funny vlogs and even his old POG channel will have you hoe ready in no time!! Cooking with Chris and Deneese is the best but the whey - OMG!! you will not be disappointed. Add two scoops of PB2 powder to one scoop GAF and in no time your body will be snatched!!

It's really good but there was no scoop in the container.

Alright, so check this out y'all. Like you, I do not want to buy 5 lbs of protein powder unless I know it is going to be good. Not to mention, I have lost nearly all faith in Amazon reviews, because since about 2010, 80 percent of them are horse$*#&. That being said, I took a chance on this one and I'm happy to report, I was NOT disappointed.If you are reading this, I need you to go to your favorite ice cream shop, order two scoops of their Chocolate Peanut Butter ice cream in a cake cone. Go now. I'll wait. Ok, you got it? Good! Now take that cake cone, full of Chocolate Peanut Butter goodness back home with you and throw the whole thing into a blender. You've now mimicked the flavor of GAF Chocolate Peanut Butter Whey. I kid you not -- that is what this tastes like.I am so happy I found this, because I was getting so tired of pinching my nose and gulping down other crappy whey protein mixtures, that seem to taste alright at first, but then start tasting as crappy as the last one. I have used nearly half the container my GAF Choc/PB now and I still crave the shakes like dessert! I'm going to have to try the Peach Cobbler next, because this is GOOD AS F#$@!Also -- this stuff makes a thick shake with just water. I add ice and water to the protein powder and blend it. Wouldn't have it any other way. Not sure how anyone can add milk to this and drink it without choking.

It is in the name of the product, it taste amazing. I've been use to not so great tasting proteins and this is like a cheat meal level protein. Highly recommended and the scoop sizes are not overly big either which is great.
