Take a few weeks to mold to your hands, but soft from the beginning
These grips have been great for Crossfit. I was previously using those tape finger hole gloves, but it just wasn't enough protection for some lifts. These are thin and flexible enough to give a good feel for the bar, but sturdy enough and wide enough to reduce "bloody hands." It can still happen, but not as often. If I'm doing pull ups, I'll chalk underneath the grip, and it works well. I also appreciate the wrist support. I'm a thin female, and some of the overhead lifts are much easier w/ the wrist support.

Ok for everyday lifting but not more intense gymnastics movements on a rig, rings, etc
Got the size recommended for hand size but they are still too large and bunch up when doing certain Crossfit movements (T2B, MU, etc)

Colors Bled Out
As grips go they do the job. That being said, after one use my hands were covered in red. Once I started sweating the grips bled all over my hands and wrists. Once wet they literally drip dye. I don't know if I should wait it out and hope it stops or buy a different brand. I wouldn't buy these again.

Perfect for deadlifts, pull-ups, snatches... basically anything with rotation of a bar in the hand.
These are probably now the most essential piece of gear I own for CrossFit. I originally bought them just for deadlifts but have found them to be very useful in a variety of exercises. I have no reason to believe they won't last a decent amount of time though I will update this review accordingly if I have any issues.

not comfortable
I do not have large hands, but the finger holes on these are very small. I have not used them much because of that. They have become my son's toys, that I will borrow when I need to do a lot of bar-hanging work like skin-the-cats.

They are ok... i guess.
Grabbed these for pull ups, but they do not fit comfortably in between your fingers, also the straps go the same way on each hand. Meaning there are no differences between L and R hands.

Too Big
I ordered these and wore for the 1st time. They are way too big and I went by your size guide. They cut the circulation off to my fingers and I had to remove gloves during workout. I see you offer 100% guarantee but it says my return is outside my window. I would like to return or exchange for smaller size.
