100% Hand-Woven Linen Japanese Noren Curtain for Doorway/Door/ - Reeds Blossom

This is a quiet, lovely Japanese doorway screen made of linen, not polyester. It's nicely made and I like it, but some details before you buy one. First, it covers only the upper part of the doorway in the Japanese style, not the full doorway. Second the upper part is sewn closed, so better for shorter people. Finally, the width is designed to exactly fit a standard Japanese doorway width of 85 cm, about 35.3". If your doorway is wider, it will leave a gap. If your doorway is narrower, the stiff fabric will bunch up in an unattractive way. The chances of it fitting your doorway is slim, so measure carefully.

The design is right but the color is terribly off. The pictures are of gray shades, the actual Noren is of BROWN, not gray

Looks great although the stitching at the top is a little rough looking. My only major complaint is the thinness. Be advised if you buy this, it's little thicker than gauze and can mostly be seen through.

I am a fan of 6000K LED bulbs... they're super white bright and that's where I ran into a problem... I CAN SEE it from the living room! lolWhen I was younger I can remember my mom having these door curtain line beads, but yea, I'm not going that route. So I found plenty of nice designs linens, but this design is simple and I like the fabric colors which goes well with my sofa. I thought I wanted something longer, but I gotten used to the 59" and now I prefer it. Nice touch and feel and overall quality. Definitely does the job I wanted it too. Thanks.

This is a beautiful noren. It's a high quality item, and the linen is first rate. The gray background and the reed pattern look just like the photo. The fabric was quite stiff when I first hung it, but it's becoming less so with use. Be sure to check the measurements because this is a long noren. The length covers about 75% of my doorway. The linen is a good choice for summer also. Definitely recommended.

This curtain is exactly as pictured - colors same as picture. Great Quality! I'm quite happy with this purchase. Had to hang curtain rod outside door because the curtain was larger than doorway opening. The material doesn't bunch well if the door opening is smaller than the curtain. It hangs beautifully with enough space! Would recommend!
