I took the one a day for 2 months and this one for almost a month and I must say centrum menopause support works best for me. The pill size is much smaller and easier to swallow. There is no funny aftertaste. The ingredients are great. It has also helped boost my energy levels. It’s a must try for any of my girlies going through what I have went through for many many months.
