It's rare that I gush over a product, but this stuff is amazing. I'd read quite a bit about exogenous ketones, and finally decided to try it in conjunction with a move to an 8/16 low-carb (not strict Keto) fasting diet. The first day, I went about my normal routine other than skipping breakfast (planning to eat between 12-8pm). Around 10:30 am, I was feeling pretty lethargic (unusual for me) and decided to try my first scoop of Kegenix. 10 hours later, after a 12 plus hour day at work, I got home and told my wife I wanted to go work out. Not as in "I have to" but as in "I have so much energy right now, I want to do something." That was off of 1 scoop (2 scoops are the recommended daily intake).A week later, I'm still getting great results off of 1 scoop per day (for reference, I'm a 6'1", 250 lb male). Not always as amazing as the first day (varies a lot depending on what I eat, unsurprisingly). For me, the resulting feeling is similar to drinking an energy drink (Red Bull, Monster, etc) but instead of only lasting an hour or so, it lasts most of the day. Without the garbage in those drinks. Aside from the just the energy, I tend to have a hard time focusing, and I can focus for extended periods without problem after drinking Kegenix.If you haven't tried it, you should.

I researched the science behind ketones and was impressed. I decided to try the two highest profile brands and compare them. I started with this brand and 3 weeks and a lot of macadamia sand walnuts later I had dropped nearly 10 lbs. Then I decided to compare the other brand and switched for the next 2 weeks.Edited:I've been buying the pouches and loving them. This time, because I'm traveling soon and the delivery date was on time, I ordered the canister. There is literally nothing that would clue you in that you are getting 1/2 to 1/3 of the value when buying the canister - in fact, as it's not individually packaged, I assumed that's what accounted for the lower price - although I prefer the packages for traveling.To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I opened the canister and it was about 40% full and I thought "how is this equivalent to 15 pouches?" So I looked at the label on my one remaining pouch and compared it to the canister. Both say 1 serving. Both have the same name of the product - I can find no difference. However, that "serving" is way, way smaller in the canister and the nutrition information correlates to the puny size considered a "serving" that I just bought. For example: pouch- calcium 45%, Mg 78%, potassium 29%, proprietary energy blend 27.4g.The canister: calcium 12%, Mg 24%, potassium 7%, proprietary blend 10g.By what magic they can both claim to give 225% more energy I have no idea. But I find it deceptive and I'm really, really unhappy about this.I'm heading out the door on my trip in 12 hours so no time to remedy it, which means if I want the normal energy I get from this product, my "15 day" canister will last 5 days, for $50. That's not ok.The other brand tasted better, but it required that I become a home chemist with my supplement regime to get my minerals back in balance. Foot, calf, and hand cramps were a side affect I quickly tired of trying to offset with a variety of mineral supplements - some days successfully, and some days not (my feet would literally begin to contort on their own while I watched - very uncomfortable and mildly alarming!)This brand does none of that. When I was switching between the two every two weeks to be sure of my observations I noticed that if I had a particularly demanding day ahead I would revert to Kegenix rather than risk throwing off my mineral balance with the competing brand. That was enough to convince me that this is a much better product. Good mental clarity and energy, no cramps. I have a full box of the "other" that I'm not sure what I'm going to do with. Kegenix is amazing. Finally, no inflammation and a trim body eating a hefty-calorie high quality fat-based diet.

I don't usually write reviews, however, I'm very disappointed. I've used kegenix prime for years. The last formula was excellent, but this one is not worth it. I gave it 1 star because the taste is much better then previous formula. However, 3 hours after taking it my keto strip doesn't show any ketones in my urine. I've always recommended kegenix to my friends and family but after purchasing this time I cannot do so anymore. If you're able to get your hands on the pouches get it. But the new jar container Prime is trash.

Used to be better.
The lemon taste is ok. I have used the pomegranate flavor before and was much more pleased with the size and result before the change. You only get about 1/3 of what you used to get. I won’t be buying this product anymore.

SO MUCH ENERGY!!!
I just received my supplements yesterday and started my first drink, I had so much energy it was amazing! I have never experienced that amount of energy in my entire life. One of my friends has been taking the supplement for awhile and told me to try it out, she was raving about the energy and how much better she was feeling, but I honestly didn’t fully understand or believe it. Now I understand exactly what she was describing as I feel great, energized and more focused on things I am doing throughout the day. The flavor of the drink is also really good and even better with ice. I was expecting the drink to taste like other drinks I’ve tried in the past but it honestly tastes like a really good fruit drink. I ordered the smaller package just in case I wasn't satisfied but I will definitely be ordering again before these run out. Today I had my second drink and feel really good!
