Broken on delivery
I received this as a used item which i figured i cant have high hopes for. Upon opening the box i seen alot of marks all over the item which was not from the delivery but already on the device prior to the order. This item was in horrible shape and Amazon deemed it in fantastic quality or i think "like new" was the phrase used on the site. When i turned it on after charging and going through set up i noticed a part of the touch screen was not working and that the device is infact broken. Looked fine but could not use the touch screen. To add insult to injury I was after buying it as a gift and ordered a brand new keyboard attachment but i had to return both since this was not working. I am not happy with Amazons used products after this and will not be purchasing a used item again

My mrs wanted a laptop and to upgrade her tablet to a newer version. This is the perfect 2 in 1 product.... Very happy

Don't buy
SSD hard drive failed after 8 months - took 30 mins to boot up. They replaced it with a reconned unit which had a serial number starting 6 (my original unit started 9), ie much older. Now it's failing with WiFi problems ([...]) and the SDHC card is temperamental (separate issue put down to different depths).All in all - i regret buying this, next laptop will be an apple.
