Nice book on feelings
This is a great little book and I’ve used it with the kids I work with and they seem to like it as well. My only complaint is that the flaps have a tendency to stick which is a little frustrating but also expected.

Paid for the full price, and got a used torn book.
It's a good book but with poor condition. We paid for the full price, and the book looked like used and several places are torn.We are a bit upset about this.

Brilliant book
I have bought this book twice as a parent, the first copy was from a charity shop but it got damaged by my youngest at the time so I went and ordered a replacement. With other books I wouldn't even other. This book helps younger children to conceptualise feelings but it also helps to address issues with discrimination without being too much. Its a nice way to get the dialogue going with your child and their own feelings. I would recommend it.

Useful reading 4-7
Whilst not a bedtime favourite, this book is a useful tool to help talk about feelings and emotions. We go through the book and talk about some of the emotions the book's characters are having and discuss examples how we may have felt like that during the course of the day apart. At the end there is a Feelings Game which involves spinning a wheel to choose a feeling or emotion. Opposite this there is a blank face upon which to draw the emotion for others to guess. This is virtually impossible for adults let alone children - with the exception of easily drawn emotions like happy or sad etc. We prefer to act out the emotion and have others guess and sometimes we add our own to the list. My 5 year old son enjoys this, though when I asked if he wanted to take the book for Show & Tell there was a blanket shut-down so I guess 'feelings' are best left in the confines of the family home!

Love it!
Love this book. Really helped my son to open up about feelings and to start having a conversation about them. Highly recommended. All the books in this series are great.

always good reading for small child
always good reading for small child, this book is well presented without any judgement and makes it 'all right' to feel all kinds of feelings and talk about them
