Very very very nice
I absolutely love these! I have bought three and my children absolutely love them! They are very nice and lightweight! Nice screen size and very good quality for the price! Battery last forever! Fast speed not slow at all! Functional. Very nice for anyone looking for a tablet not only for children but adults as well alot of space plus you can add an sd card for more!

POOR operating system
Even though a current version it does NOT support HHAEXCHANGE+ application, used throughout the country. So OS is very weak and unsupported by major applications used for people who work on the road. This is false advertising as the product is not as described. This is why they will not offer a refund

Day one - out of the box- had a pretty good amount of power from the start. Plugged in and started set up, was very quick and easy. So far so good

Poor quality
The battery only last about two hours total while you’re using it. The sound quality for streaming Netflix etc. is poor and you can hardly hear it it does not go very loud at all.
