I have 30 hot sauces I like.This tastes good on everything.I cook 99% for my wife.

For a sambal, this is really hot!!! That just means a little goes a long way. but that first time you use it, go easy and test. Don't use it in the amount you would a usual sambal. Good product!

This is one of my favorite hot sauces, but I recieved my order and the bottle cap was already semi-open, with sauce spilling out. Smells fine, not sure if I should still eat it... but apparently I can't return it.
