My son has one of these at our home that we got from insurance but we didn't bring it with us when we went on a work trip a couple months. His brother got a cold so we knew it would not be long before my son with asthma needed nebulizer treatments. Since we didn't have ours with us, we purchased one from Amazon that was not the cheapest but still was inexpensive but looked durable. I saw a review that this was loud but having used a nebulizer machine for my son for 5 years now, I don't notice a difference in the sound being louder than our other machine or any of the other many many machines we have used in the past. Our son uses two medications via nebulizer which means he usually sits there for 15-20 minutes using the nebulizer machine and we are used to turning the tv up a bit during his treatment or just look at books or pictures on the phone to make the time go by. One thing I really liked about this and wish other machines would have is the compartment to keep the tubing in. I'm used to keeping tubing in a large ziplock bag but with this machine, you can keep it in the compartment-genius! As far as comparing this machine to the one we puchased for a couple hundred dollars through insurance -(We rented it for 4 months at $50 a month rental and then it became ours since we got to the cost of the unit at $200). I don't notice any difference between the more expensive one from insurance or this one from Amazon. My son received the medication he needed and we got this item super quick and because of that, we did not need to bring him to the ER (He is frequently hospitalized with asthma exaserbations) so we are happy with this item.

Great nebulizer. This is by far the best one i have bought over the years. Its not as heavy as others and it doesn't take as long to finish up 1 vial of medicine.I love that you can do the mask or the mouthpiece.Very happy i bought it. BCBS thinks 1 machine should last a lifetime. This was very affordable.

I bought this as a replacement for a portable nebulizer. It works very well.Small filters need to be replaced and I was pleasantly suprised to see thatseveral were included.Easy to clean, easy to use, easy to store.Medication and/or saline can be used in the medication cup.If it keeps working like it does, I would raise this to 5 stars.

This nebulizer is great for the price. It is compact and easy to use. If you are looking for an affordable effective option this is great.

Not sure have not had it long. It is not as heavy as my old one. I am impressed at the price how well it works so far.

I have used it for travel. It is light, and convenient with the way that the components pack into the case.

I like that it has a place for storage but most of all how much quieter it is than the last 2 I have gotten from the DME provider locally. Also it is less than half the cost from my local provider.
