Luxury Lever Arch File 4 Pack (Heavy Duty)

Purchased as a gift for my niece, but am disappointed with the folders. She wanted one of each colour for her college work so that she could distinguish between the subjects. I purchased expecting to receive one of each colour, plus an extra one. However, I received 4 pink ones. Also one of the folders is damaged where it has been squeezed into the plastic bag, and rammed against the metal lever arch mechanism.

The folders are large, fully functional and very pretty. Judging by the photo and "assorted" description, I assumed I would get a file of each colour and one random, but received 4 pink and gold. From looking at the comments, this seems to be a reoccurring problem. Good quality, but be cautious of the risk in getting 4 of the same design

The folders are really pretty and I love them however the locking mechanism- that holds the paper down, doesn’t work in any of my four folders as it doesn’t lock onto the arches tightly enough.

This product was not as advertised , the picture showed that there would be a mix of colours but only the marble effect folders came and all folders were the same , there was no mint and gold and no pink and rose gold .

I was under the impression I would recieve one of each folders and then an addional one however I recieved 2 blue and 2 pinks ones, I originally bought this because the marble one was my favourite.

I was very disappointed with this item as when I ordered these folders I was expecting one of each colour. But it arrived today with 4 pink folders. Not what I expecting.

The items are lovely but 2 were very bashed and one is completely un-useable. I’m really unhappy about this.

Pretty and sturdy! Absolutely massive in width, A4 size, pretty prints. I consider good value for money considering how different the prints are.
