This light is easy to use the instructions on the box are all the detail you need to to operate this product properly. I did notice that there were two slots for a strapping system to be used. It would have been convenient to have had a Velcro strap to help with a better securing system. I don't think that Lanyard will hold up very long. Possibly my use for this product is not the best as I will be using them for small Ring Buoys on small oil spill response vessels where space is limited.
