Knorr Stock Cubes are best for recipe
Perfect for making recipes that call for fish stock. Tried Knorr brand for my Lobster Bisque recipe and it was a game changer for flavor. My husband said it was the best batch I've ever made and he didn't believe the only thing I changed was using Knorr stock cubes with Lobster tail shells for the soup stock base. Thought I bought expensive lobster tails not the less expensive smaller tails that I always use for my Lobster Bisque.

Enhance the flavor of your seafood entrees
Love to have these on hand when I want a flavor punch for my seafood meals. When I buy fish broth, I always wind up with more than I need for one recipe, and have to freeze it.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to find these in the U.S. ...
For the love of God, WHY?? You can get Knorr chicken/beef/pork/veg, but that's it. These are wonderful. Hey, if it's good enough for Chef Marco, it's good enough for me. But seriously. I've cooked down lots of fish bones and lobster shells and shrimp casings, and ... it's just not worth the effort. I discern no difference in flavor -- except that with this, you need to be careful. Use just a little to begin with, and then add as necessary. This product came all the way from England (fancy packaging, and the Queen's stamp), and I salute our forebears! Thank youuuuuu!
