When I first saw a video about this item, I knew I had to buy it ASAP.It's so brilliant in concept that I went ahead and bought it without much thought or research.Once I received the item, however, I realized that it can only be used with the included whisk (7 wires).That wouldn't be such a bad thing if it weren't for the fact that the included whisk is a flimsy, crappy one.All the standard, good quality whisks I own has more wires (8+), so the whisk wiper wouldn't fit them.Ironically, the included whisk is only good for thin, liquid items that wouldn't need any "wiping" anyway.UPDATE: Incredible customer service! The company was very persistent in trying to make me a satisfied customer. In the end, when a solution couldn't be found, they happily refunded my order.
