It came as advertised so that is a plus. Can't comment on durability as yet only have it for three weeks. I don't know if this is a positive or negative for others but it was a positive for me I didn't have to adjust to smell for the first three weeks. There was no smell.

I am a big and tall athlete. I wish straps were longer. I maxed ‘em out but I have not had problem with straps coming loose. Perfect for my two laptops

I'm an academic. I am always trying to put more books, folders, and notebooks into a bag than is wise or healthy. This bag is voluminous. My laptop is 15.6 inches across. I just slide it into the sleeves (there are two inside sleeves) and then load her up! The zippers are very stiff at first, but they are easier after some wear and tear. I always get compliments on this bag.

This is my work bag. It holds my laptop and other work items very well. I love the look and durability as well.However, the straps slip from the bottom fasteners and have to be readjusted about every other day. I have to check them each time and be careful when wearing only one shoulder strap.

The loop at the top is perfect for slipping my neck pillow in so I don't need to carry it separately or pack it inside the pack. The two outside zippered pockets are perfect for holding items you want easy access to such as puzzle books like crosswords, sudoku, etc. I keep hand sanitizer, chap stick, iPhone ear buds, charger, pen, etc. in them.

This was a Father’s Day gift for my husband, but after opening it we discovered the buckle was backwards. I notified the seller and they were very quick and polite in resolving the issue. They sent out two buckles immediately and now it works properly. My husband loves how durable and spacious it is, as well as how it looks! Very impressed with the quality of the product and especially the customer service!
