Sleek, Quiet, and Completely Wire-Free!
I bought this Amazon Basics wireless keyboard and mouse combo to declutter my home office desk, and I am extremely impressed with the quality. The ultra-slim design and stainless steel housing give it a very premium, modern look that rivals much more expensive name brands. It perfectly complements a minimalist workspace while still providing a full-size layout, complete with a number pad for data entry. Setup could not be easier. It is truly plug and play—you simply plug the single 2.4GHz USB receiver (which stores neatly in the bottom of the keyboard) into your computer, and both devices connect instantly. The wireless connection is rock-solid and lag-free, giving you up to 33 feet of range without any dropouts. The typing experience is fantastic. The low-profile keys are incredibly comfortable, responsive, and whisper-quiet, which is perfect for late-night work or a shared office environment. My favorite feature, however, is that both devices are fully rechargeable via the built-in lithium-ion battery, completely eliminating the annoying and constant need to buy replacement batteries. If you want a high-performing, stylish, and cost-effective wireless setup, I highly recommend this combo!

Excellent combo
Excellent keyboard and mouse combo! I love the set! They work great right out of the box with no setup hassle. The keyboard is quiet and comfortable to type on, and the mouse is smooth and responsive. I also love that they’re rechargeable, so I don’t have to keep buying batteries. They looks so great on my desk, felon and nice 😊 Highly recommend this combo!

Quiet, Smooth, and Secretly Fun—Office Upgrade Achieved
I grabbed this keyboard and mouse combo for the office, mostly expecting a functional but forgettable setup—and somehow it’s become the highlight of my desk. The first thing I noticed was how quiet the keyboard is; my coworkers no longer give me death glares for typing like I’m trying to hammer out the next great novel at full volume. The keys feel solid, the number pad is right where I need it, and somehow typing emails feels a little more satisfying than it has any right to. The mouse glides so smoothly that I’ve caught myself using it for little doodle sketches during long meetings, and I swear it makes spreadsheets slightly less painful. Setup was absurdly simple—plug in the USB dongle and I was instantly in business—and the rechargeable battery means I don’t have to hunt for AA’s like some kind of office scavenger. Honestly, it’s turned mundane work into something I actually enjoy a little too much; I’ve even started racing the cursor against my coworkers’ laptops when they aren’t looking. It’s functional, sleek, and somehow makes me feel like a tech ninja in a place where tech usually feels frustrating. Five stars for making office life quieter, smoother, and secretly more fun than it has any right to be.

Awesome but not without its flaws
I love the feel of these keys, I'm a real fast typist (about 120wpm) and the short throw on these keys is awesome... it's basically a chicklet laptop keyboard. I know lots of people prefer the mechanical keyboards with the clickity clack but this is more my style. I've been using it at work, it gets used A LOT and I haven't had to charge it beyond that first day putting a full charge on it... I've been using it for about 10 months and it's showing no signs of failure... but I'm not moving it around, it hangs out on my desk. Couple of knocks on it though, so it's not 5 star... 1) the mouse is a joke and unless low profile, easy to pack in a small case type of sizing is of utmost importance to you... I wouldn't plan on using the mouse. It'll give you carpal tunnel and the scroll wheel will give you early onset dementia style rage. 2) the little nubs on the F and J key, I never really noticed how much I rely on those when I'm touch typing and using shortcuts in my apps... they wear down really fast, the plastic seems a bit soft or something... I've been having to hold a lighter to the end of a razer blade and melt myself new notches in the F and J keys, it's a minor nuisance. 3) sometimes I use shortcuts that are 4 or 5 key combos (custom Adobe shortcuts) and I've never had that be a problem on any other keyboard I've used, but it almost seems like this keyboard is like a touch screen in that it can only register so many things being pressed simultaneously. 4) there is zero tilt adjustment, no little folding feet or anything... it's got a slightly thicker back at the top of the keyboard, a long skinny are that I'm pretty sure houses the recharchable battery... so if you prefer a perfectly flat keyboard, this isn't for you, and if you prefer a keyboard tilted up a bit more... plan on rigging up your own tilt method like some cardboard and tape or maybe some little rubber pads or something. With all that said, OH! 5) the 10key section is arranged incorrectly... that's actually really bothersome for me when I'm running my business numbers, I continually have typos because they decided to squeeze an "=" key into the 10 key section... which is really stupid because it never gets usesd, any software that uses the 10 key treats "enter" as the equals key... by squeezing the extra button in that area, they shrank the + key which is usually a double size key on standard keyboards... so now, what would have been the top half of the + key is the minutes key and what would have been the minus key is the asterisk/multiplication and what would have been the asterisk/multiplication is now the slash/division.... it's idiotic that they felt the need to put an equals key over there and mess that section up. --- not really a complain, just a wish... sometimes I'm working into the night and I turn off lights so as to be polite to people around me, it would be really nice if they offered a version of this keyboard that was light-up. Now that I've rambled about the complaints... I LOVE 1) the metal feel and low profile. 2) the short throw keys and mostly closed in construction so crumbs and dirt aren't getting under my keys. 3) usb dongle instead of bluetooth (bluetooth input lags sometimes when you're on a roll with fast typing). 4) how long the charge lasts.

⚠️ Disappointed by Durability – Mouse Wheel Failed Too Soon
✅ Pros: 💻 Full-Size Keyboard with Number Pad – Comfortable layout for typing and spreadsheets. 🔇 Quiet, Comfortable Keys – Low-profile keys are not only quiet but also flat and easy to press, making it more comfortable to type quickly with less strain. 🎨 Sleek, Stylish Design – Ultra-slim profile with a clean, modern look that fits nicely in any workspace. 🔋 Rechargeable with Good Battery Life – A single charge lasts a long time, and it’s convenient not needing to buy or replace disposable batteries. 📶 Reliable Wireless Connection – Solid signal up to 30+ feet with no noticeable lag. 🔌 Plug-and-Play Setup – One USB receiver runs both keyboard and mouse, simple and fast installation. ❌ Cons: 🖱️ Mouse Scroll Wheel Failure – The biggest issue: the mouse wheel broke after only 4–5 weeks of normal use. That’s unacceptable for a brand-new product. ⌨️ Build Quality Concerns – The keyboard frame feels flimsy despite its sleek look, not as sturdy as competitors. 🛠️ Lack of Support – No way to repair or replace just the faulty mouse, which makes the whole combo far less useful. ⭐ Final Thoughts: At first, this Amazon Basics Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo seemed like a winner—it’s slim, stylish, comfortable to type on, and the rechargeable battery life is excellent. But the fact that the mouse scroll wheel broke within a month is a serious flaw. Without a dependable mouse, the value of the combo collapses. In this price range, there are more reliable alternatives with far better durability. If looks and rechargeable convenience are your top priorities, this may be fine short-term. But if you want something that lasts, I’d strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Great keyboard and mouse set
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been really impressed with this keyboard and mouse combo. Setup couldn't have been easier—just plugged in the USB receiver and everything connected instantly. The wireless connection has been reliable with no lag, and my desk looks much cleaner without extra cords. The keyboard has a comfortable, quiet feel that's great for long work sessions, and I really appreciate having the full-size layout with the number pad for spreadsheets and everyday tasks. The mouse is responsive, fits comfortably in my hand, and the rechargeable batteries are a huge plus since I don't have to keep replacing disposables. Overall, this is an excellent value for a dependable, comfortable wireless keyboard and mouse set.

Poor quality, poor support
I would recommend a pass. The keyboard isnt terrible, but my experience with the mouse has been poor. Initially I had no trouble, but shortly after the return window closed the mouse wheel started to fail. It stopped working, I contacted support who werent helpful and it suddenly started working again...flawlessly. Within 2 weeks it started to fail again, and stopped. Then started working again... I have had difficulty getting support for this...I have contacted Amazon, who directed me to contact the manufacturer...which lead me right back to Amazon who were absolutely not helpful except to tell me they couldnt do much but have me contact the manufacturer for support because it's outside of the return window. It seems the support resources are the same contacts, but they dont support it I originally purchased this because my several years old logi mouse finally had the mouse wheel fail. This was junk. **edit add: The keyboard is junk also Misses keys/lags/cuts out? Absolute trash product, the layout is...terrifically bad...function lock key, the num pad...

Key print fading
Slim and works well. Has a great feel in the keys and connects fast. My only complaint after using it for a couple weeks is that the T key is already fading with its printed letter. Poor quality but great for what it is.
