Happy with this
I use this to control the fan on top of a radiator, switching it on and off at an easy-to set temperature and using the fan's 12V supply to power the board direct. There is no hysteresis setting on this board so it switches on and off at the same temperature, which might not be ideal for some situation, but for what it is, it works fine.
