Judge20cm 3 Piece Steamer

Great steamer, larger than my old one. Needed pans for induction hob. Only one criticism, after 2 uses and subsequent washes in the dishwasher it is covered in RUST SPOTS! This would indicate that it isn't dishwasher safe. These spots polish/scour off but I'm not sure if one should have to that every time it's used, sort of defeats the object really, a backward step, something Grandma would have done!

This was a little larger than I anticipated (21cm outer rim) but none the worse for that as the veg holder also fits one of my other pans. I bought this because my previous one was not induction ready and I could not find a base that was suitable. This whole kit was the price of just the base/lid elsewhere. Works great on induction hob and I do not find the handles get too hot - including the top knob which I thought might do but I have not used it as an oven pot yet. It is not as "solid feeling" as my previous steamer but that means it is not too heavy or difficult to handle when full

I received this steamer in good time.However, there is a problem, the steamer I ordered had the bow handle shown on the ad.The steamer that arrived had a different handle, the type with a single screw and a domed washer.This type of handle collects water under the dome which needs to be emptied after each use or wash.This is a complete nuisance and also can be unhygienic.Unfortunately, the steamer set is sold as an item fulfilled by Amazon and the only remedy for the problem.Is for me to return the whole steamer for a refund.As I do not have spare time to waste returning this item I have decided to keep it.If the steamer had arrived with the correct lid, I would have given it 5 stars as the remainder of the item iswell made and works well on an induction hob.I have overcome the handle problem by removing the domed washer and screwing the handledirectly to the lid.

I really enjoyed using this steamer on my induction hob to cook up to 3 vegetables at a time until today when the handle of the base fell off as I was lifting it of the stove. It is only 4 months old and not heavily used. Amazon were amazing and automatically issued a refund!

Arrived quicker than expected the right size for my family although not as robust as my old one the quality was ok for the price paid One problem was some rough metal filing around the handles which could have cut into your hands if not seen before hand my husband had to pull them off with pliers.Should have been checked for this before dispatched.

Both the handles and the knob on the lid of this steamer get hot ... a bit disappointing, but otherwise it is a sturdy steamer with a good depth to the baskets. The picture we are given makes it look as if the lid has a handle as opposed to a knob.

we have used the steamer and found it great it fits the older pot I have had since 2001 which is of better quality but was 80 pounds and can use the old attachments with it which is super, find the pot much better than the electric since can use it on the induction cooker.

Not quite the quality as the one I bought in the shop but was cheaper. Be aware that it gets hot on the handle to touch unlike the one I bought in my local store. Same product!
