Tastes great, less filling
It tastes great. I mix 1 scoop with 16 oz milk. (I don’t like thick drinks unless they are frozen.). Because it’s hydrolized it absorbs quickly so it would keep you as full as you’d expect a big hit of protein would. It’s great for post workout when you want fast absorbing protein. Not much in it besides whey protein cocoa and stevia. Will buy it again but I might go for the unflavored. I don’t like stevia that much and I’m ok with adding a sugar based chocolate syrup in my shake or maybe fruit instead.

BEST PROTEIN IVE EVER TRIED
Guys, this stuff is no joke. Hydro whey 100 is far and away the best protein shake I’ve ever tried. It tastes amazing, and you can almost feel it digest immediately because of the pure hydrolysate blend. I’m about to order a 3 month supply right now...so pumped about this protein
