The bracelet was supposed to be activated when the sealed bag is opened, but as it came in an unsealed bag, I doubt it will work, and there is no way of telling whether or not it is working. However, I was prepared to accept that, as at that time, I had no planned holiday to anywhere I might need to use it.We have had a problem with mice getting into our garage, and then into our home, so that was the prime reason for buying it. Yesterday, my husband went into the garage, and found a dead mouse in a trap we had left there, and when we looked, the repeller had stopped working. The one in the house is still operating, but two out of the three items are u/s. I am not sure how to contact the seller to complain, and get either a replacement or a refund.

The truly great thing about the twin pack Clear Away pest repeller was that it cleared my house of flies within 2 hours of being plugged in after I had tried numerous other things (fly spray, lemons and cloves, essential oils, lavender bags) with little or no success. Unfortunately one of the two devices stopped working after less than two days, which was very frustrating. The other one is doing incredibly well at keeping the flies away, but you need both for maximum impact.

I'll spare you the unboxing video but I have included a couple of real life photos of the box and it's contents. Each plug was individually wrapped inside of the box and to be fair, like the box itself the product inside was built to a higher quality than I expected for this price. When plugged in the repeller has a kind of cool round blue neon light on the front which subtly flashes every 10 seconds or so (I'm assuming it is supposed to?). There is some technical info on the back of the plug, not entirely sure what it means but I understand 3w so know that it costs loads less than my light-bulbs to leave on. I have a void above the kitchen ceiling where the boiler is and so this should get rid of those little critters that have been running around up there.

Flies still come inside. Not sure if its doing anything. Havent seen spiders in my bedroom for a while so perhaps keeps them away.

Seems to be working so far, not noticed so many flies about and the ones that were, ended up on the floor with their legs in the air, so the rest of the summer will tell the full story, we do get plagued in the summer in our sun-room.

Not a sign of mosquitoes or other insects during my 2 weeks in Menorca. Did it work as a pest deterrent? -who knows, one downside is the light on the front flashes regularly.

Was very happy for few days but notice mouse again.

Product delivered very quickly. Easy to use. As I have only had it for a couple of days I am not able to say it works. But so far so good
