Honestly, I only brought this timer cause of the movie 5 star weekend. Jeniffer Gardner in the first episode had this timer that was so loud and easy to use. I love the turn dial function. So I looked on Amazon and found it! I got the silver but the black looks nice to. ( most likely will buy another one) Plus she kept using it in the following episodes. I need something reliable when cooking and can hear if I go upstairs. The price is a great value for my money. I love the style and the weight of it. Sensory-wise I love the feel. So, since I spend a lot of time in my kitchen cooking already I am pleased with my little timer helper. Yeah, I’m buying another one.

Build quality is not amazing. It feels cheap, and you get the feeling that it will fall apart in a couple of months. Still, it works, it counts down, and it serves as a stopwatch, too, if you want it to. What I was hoping for was an item that has more weight - and, yes, I could have read more closely about it in advance - but still, more weight as the magic thing that serves as a timekeeper by your side, solid and reliable, the guide that keeps you on your path when you stumble through your workday. It's something about the symbolic weight necessary to be that thing. And if you keep it with you in your bag, it will not last very long. So to me, this item is simply a timer for your kitchen that tells you that your boiled eggs are ready. It is not that thing that the ad gave you the impression of, that sidekick you keep on your desk to guide you through your different tasks. I'll still use my phone for that. If they made a timer out of metal instead of plastic, I would have loved it.

Works well up to now. Nice object, is present material. Magnet in the back is strong enough. The stop-watch function is also useful.

Hemos puesto este cronómetro en el metal de alrededor del microondas (ya que es imantable) y va estupendamente.
