23-32 mmHg POST MASTECTOMY Compression Sleeve with Gauntlet, Medical Class 2 (II) Arm Anti Swelling Support, Lymphedema Edema (XXX-Large)

I have blood clots in my upper arm. As a result my entire arm including my hand swells up. After much runaround with insurance to get a compression sleeve, the medical supply company told me to just buy one on Amazon.I sized down because when I measured my arm was swollen and provides the perfect amount of compression. Thickness is great, not so thin I'm afraid it will rip while putting on but not so thick that it's hot. The strap shown in the pic is a bit awkward but it's removable and there's a velcro flap that I use to attach right to my bra strap. Stays up really well! Best value I could find for a hand to armpit sleeve. Will be buying another.

This sleeve is better than the expensive prescription sleeves that wont stay up. The strap doesnt hurt. My only issue is that I wish the length had been given in the description. Maybe I have longer than average arms. If this had been about three inches longer, it would have five stars. FYI - My arm is 53cm from wrist to armpit, the sleeve that I received covers about 45cm.

I've tried all types of compression sleeves, but this one has been the most comfortable. It is perfect, as it formed to fit over the shoulder and under the arm. Meaning, there is no tight band around the upper arm, and the incorporated gauntlet helps keep from rolling, pinching and causing more swelling the wrist/hand. The band was extremely easy to use without assistance, and it fits fine under loose fitting blouses, keeps it comfortable and in place. For me, I forgot I was wearing it this sleeve, because it immediately started helping relieve pain from swelling.It is true to size. However, my only suggestion is to ensure you measure properly, and possibly go up one size to make sure it isn't too tight. I had one measurement that was outside of the sizing chart, and decided to go up one size to an XL. I would rather have light compression, than too tight in the area that is actually really swollen. Size runs small, so definitely read the sizing or consider sizing up. Quality was mid.

Very uncomfortable and not effective for controlling my lymphedema

I've tried every sleeve out there. For me this sleeve has worked the best. I have also been on a weight loss mission, losing almost 50 pounds and have gone from a sleeve size XXL to a XL. My goal is it lose enough weight to fit into a Large sleeve. Weight loss makes a difference, 5" reduction in my right arm (good arm) and 2.5" in my affected left arm. This sleeve keeps a nice compression and I do not get swelling in my hand. The strap helps keep the sleeve up and in place but I do have to safety pin it to my bra to keep it from showing along my neckline.

I suffer from Lymphedema . Searching for comfortable gloves that fits nice, affordable and soft to the skin brought me so much disappointments and lost of money until I found these one. For last 5 years I almost always order two , because they do get old and rip and develop rolls from clothes. But they never loose their firmness. Smooth to touch. But my last order was messed up. Instead of sleeve with glove they sent me sleeve without strap and glove. I cant wear that. Sending it back. Ordering them again. But other than that I'm very happy with the sleeves and the seller.

I have had this for about a week now. I like it much more than the other one I bought at a medical supply store for over $100!! The compression is good- works great for my lymphadema. The only draw back is the strap- I do not like the way it comes across my chest and neck. But I fixed this by connecting it to my bra strap!! It works perfectly!! The sleeve stays in place with very limited movement down the arm even without the strap or being connected to my bra. I like that it comes all the way up into the curve of my arm/shoulder- especially since the lymphadema (for me) is concentrated (right now) in my upper arm. Can't beat the price either!!

Je suis très contente de ce manchon, il maintient bien le bras et je sens un soulagement immédiat dès que je le mets. J'apprécie le scratch du haut du manchon, je n'utilise pas la sangle (qui est inconfortable à la longue) je l'accroche à la bretelle de mon soutien-gorge tout simplement. Je le garde au travail soit plus de 8h il est solide prenez bien vos mesures avant de commander.

I ordered this product for my mother who was diagnosed with breast cancer which had spread to her lymph nodes. This helped tremendously with the swelling in her arm and hand due to the fluid build up. This was able to provide her with comfort from the heaviness she was feeling due to this as well.

Arrived early well made only down fall dosent fit my mums top off arm but dose the job off easing any discomfort

Nachdem ich eine Verbesserung meines Lymphödems nach längerem Tragen (tagsüber) feststellen konnte, habe ich heute einen zweiten in den Einkaufswagen gegeben und werde ihn bei Gelegenheit nochmals bestellen. Grund dafür ist, dass man den Strumpf doch öfter waschen muss und ich den neuen dann als Reserve verwenden kann.
