Durable spikes but they key was NOT sturdy at all. Had to throw the key away as it would not tighten and/or untighten the spikes.

Fricken awesome! Shiny, sharp, sparkly and thread nicely into my shoes. I'd like to say they make me faster, but I did lose 50# also (#ketoyeahbitches), which may have made a difference.
